What are the investment requirements?
Let’s talk! It varies by towns and cities. Certainly, this is a one-office franchise opportunity with competitive royalty fees and associated costs to establish and build your school(s) and kindergartens. The structure is designed to support long-term growth while minimising initial financial commitment.
Is there an annual franchise fee?
No. Just a one-time initial fee. No hidden consultancy or marketing costs.

Do I need to have experience in the English language training market to be successful?
Not at all. We support franchisees with no English language teaching experience. What matters most is ambition, drive, communication skills, and business acumen.
Will you help me design my Pingu's English schools and kindergartens?
Yes. We provide brand guidelines and design inspiration, as well as operational support to help you, and your architect create your Pingu’s English schools or kindergartens.
How do you maintain quality nationally and internationally?

What is Pingu's English?
Pingu’s English is a fun, structured English learning journey for children aged 18 months to 9 years. For parents, it builds skills for your child for school and life. For investors, it’s a scalable business in the fast-growing early childhood education market.
Why was Pingu chosen as the face of the brand?
Pingu is loved by children (and adults!) worldwide. The award-winning show, featuring Pingu and his friends and family from the South Pole has been viewed by over 1 billion people worldwide.

What course is right for my child?
We offer age-appropriate, play-based programs that grow with your child:
- TOTS (18-36 months): Fun, interactive parent-and-child classes offering a gentle introduction to the English language.
- International Kindergarten (3-6 years): A full-time, three-year program covering English, maths, science, and more.

Do you offer online learning too?
Yes! We have a full online platform – Pingu’s English Online – where children can keep learning at home with their parents, through videos, games, and interactive activities.

Is your curriculum internationally recognised?
Absolutely. We align with CEFR and draw inspiration from other Early Years Frameworks like Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Reggio Emilia, and Montessori.
How do you track progress?
We use continuous observation, progress tests, and formal assessments to track development and tailor support.
How is technology used in your curriculum?
Children learn through videos, songs, games, and digital tools at home and in class. All families get access to Pingu’s English Online too.

What kind of teachers do you hire?
Our teachers are native or fluent English speakers. They’re trained in our method and passionate about working with young children. Early years qualifications are a big plus!
